Wendy J. Roundtree, APR
Wendy J. Roundtree, APR is an award-winning communications strategist with a heart for stories that create change in our community. As founder of Jarel Communications, she helps organizations maximize their mission by aligning their PR and marketing efforts with business objectives.
Prior to Jarel Communications, Wendy worked for Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), the eighth largest school district in the nation. At OCPS, she specialized in executive speechwriting, employee communications, integrated marketing and media relations. She has also held public relations and marketing roles with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando and Costa Communications, a full-service agency in Winter Park, Fla.
Wendy serves as a board member and volunteer at the Joe R. Lee Boys and Girls Club in Eatonville, Fla., as well as with the Adult Literacy League of Central Florida. She is also a past president of the Orlando Regional Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
She earned an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a B.A. in Mass Communications from Bethune-Cookman University (B-CU). Her accolades include B-CU’s 40 Under 40, Orlando Magazine’s Women of the Year list (2021), the 2022 Women's Achievement Award from the Women's Executive Council of Orlando, and the Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.

Kelda Senior, APR
Kelda Senior is an accredited public relations (PR) and business development professional based in Orlando, FL.
For more than 10 years, Kelda has served as a communications and community outreach specialist in both public and private sectors, including local, state and federal government, with an emphasis on the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry since 2012. Currently, she serves as a board member for the Orlando chapter of Women in Transportation (WTS).
Kelda holds a Bachelor of Art in journalism and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) – both from the University of Central Florida.
