Situation
Grace Medical Home provides affordable, volunteer-powered healthcare to uninsured and underinsured community members in Central Florida. In 2020, the organization reached its 10th anniversary.
Challenge
The anniversary coincided with the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, which eliminated in-person events and required the organization to find new ways to honor its history and sustain community engagement during a difficult time period.
Strategy
We developed an integrated, multi-channel campaign grounded in a unified narrative about the organization's first decade that brought Grace Medical Home's history and human impact to life through the voices of the people it served, and extending that story to new audiences through earned media and community channels.
Outcomes
Grace Medical Home's 10th anniversary was marked with a coordinated, multi-channel campaign that reached patients, donors, and community partners during one of the most challenging periods in the organization's history
The organization's first annual report established a communications asset that continues to serve as a model for donor and stakeholder engagement
